Frances Johnson, 82, of Lumberton, Texas, passed away on November 25, 2019 peacefully in her sleep at her residence.
Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 pm on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Farmer’s Funeral Home in Silsbee, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Monday, December 2, 2019 at Leatherwood Cemetery in Lumberton.
Frances was born in Sullivan, Indiana to Daniel Madison Lucas and Mary Jane (Gorby) Lucas on June 4, 1937. She married Robert (Bob) Johnson on August 5, 1957 in Athens, Texas. They travelled the US as a Truck Driver for Montgomery Tank Lines for the greater of 25 years.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, her parents, sisters Margorie Ann Sears, Ilene Sams, and Tracy Lucas, brothers Robert, John, Daniel Jr., and Charles Edward.
She is survived by her children Gloria Klock, Bobby and Greta Johnson, Carol & Norman Neely, Heather & Trey Irvine, Grandchildren Dorian, Leslie and Samuel Klock, and Danny Neely. Great-Grandchildren, Fayne and Wyatt Martin, Keepher, Kaylie, James Leach and Chyanne Klock, Tori Johnson, and three sisters; Judith Rose Morris, Jeanette Spears, Grace Lucus and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Dorian Klock, Buggs Burleson, Len Stutes, Brian Mills, Ira Clubb Jr. and Cole Swearingen.
