Harlan Mitchell West

Harlan M. West, 92, of Lumberton passed away December 25, 2019 at Silsbee Oaks Healthcare.  Mr. West was a longtime resident of Jasper County before moving to Lumberton.  

Harlan is preceded in death by his parents, Mitchell and Velma Hyatt West, stepmother Nina West, brother Eugene West and guardian/cousin Angie Davis Alston.  He is survived by his guardian Mary Elliott and a multitude of cousins.

Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following in Davis Cemetery in Beulah Springs.  Visitation will be from 11:00 am until time of service.  Mr. Jimmy Williams will officiate and pallbearers are  Robert Hollyfield, B J Scott, Milton Newton, Darrell Newton, William Pickering and Gene Pickering.
