Mindy Diane (Russell) Moss

Mindy Diane Moss, gathered around the throne at Jesus’ feet on January 1, 2020, at the age of 56.

Mindy was born to Louie Russell, Jr. and Billie Sue Russell on May 27, 1963.

She graduated from Vidor High School in 1982.

She married Vance Moss on January 19, 1985. They settled down in Buna, Texas and began their family in 1988, having one daughter Kirbie.

Mindy worked as a Deputy Clerk for the Jasper County Clerks Office for many years.

Mindy was sassy, full of life and lived a life to be proud of. She loved Jesus, her family and her friends. She never met a stranger and always made people feel a sense of home. She enjoyed spending time at the lake, having cookouts, traveling, mostly to Disney World, watching her shows and loving on her grandkids.

Mindy is proceeded in death by her father, Louie Russell, Jr. Her mother-in-law, Venita Moss and her beloved friend, Coy Bergen.

Mindy is survived by; her husband, Vance Moss; daughter, Kirbie Moss Humble and husband WT Humble; Grandchildren, Dax and Dawson Humble; mother, Billie Sue Russell; brother, Louie Russell III and wife Tammy; brother-in-law, Leslie Moss and wife Shannon; sister-in-law, Lynece Mock; best friend, Charlise Quast; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Services for Mindy Moss will be held on January 4, 2020 at 10:00 am, located at Central Baptist Church in Evadale, Texas.

Interment will follow at Morse Cemetery in Buna, Texas.

Visitation will be January 3, 2020 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, at Central Baptist Church in Evadale, Texas.
