Alice (Hare) Alford

Alice Alford, 76, of Silsbee passed away, Monday, June 26, 2023. She was born on July 31, 1946 in Silsbee to the late Jasper Clyde Hare and Lola Mae Smart-Hare.

Alice enjoyed shopping, listening to music, and reading. She was a generous and kind person that would help anyone in need no matter the circumstance. Alice was a loving sister, aunt, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Jerry, Huey, and Roy; brothers, JC and Andrew Hare; sister, Maudie Lee; stepchildren, Debbie Haverland and Judd Welch.

Alice is survived by her siblings, Gracie Mae Johnston, Robert James Hare Sr. and wife Bettie; stepchildren, Randy Welch and Becky Haverland; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
