Barbara "Bob" Watts, born April 13, 1950 in Silsbee, TX, passed away December 26, 2023 in Beaumont, TX. Bob loved to dance but above all loved her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, Tabitha Lee Crain and Barbara Joyce Horton; her son Van Willard Richardson, SR; 16 grandchildren, 3 sisters and numerous great grandchildren.
