Beatrice Anita (Oliver) Gore

Beatrice Anita Gore (76) of Buna, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2021. Beatrice was born on September 14, 1944 to her parents, Johnnie Odis Oliver and Elsie Jeanette (Hampshire) Oliver in Silsbee, Texas.

Beatrice will be remembered fondly as a loving mother by her children. She was patient mother and allowed her children to think about things. Beatrice taught independence and good will. She was truly a mother to all. She had a kind and caring heart that always made you feel special. She had the personality that could relate to anyone and what they were going through. Beatrice was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Beatrice is survived by her son, Max and Sophia Myers of Groves; her daughter, Sharon Eaves and Liz Price of Buna; her daughter Anita and Joey Powell of Buna; her son, Carl Myers of Vidor; her brother, Raymond Oliver; her seven grandchildren; her sixteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; her numerous nieces and nephews; along with other loving family members and friends.

Beatrice is preceded in death by her son, John Myers; her parents, Johnnie and Elsie Oliver; and her sister, Minnie Nelams.

A visitation will be held at Farmer Funeral Home from 5-8pm on Thursday, April 29, 2021. A graveside service will be held at 1pm on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Old Hooks Cemetery in Kountze, Texas.
