She married her husband, Henry Edwin Stout on December 2, 1955 in Duncanville, Texas and they were married for 66 wonderful and faithful years. Some of her hobbies include playing 42 with her family, softball, and gardening. She was especially passionate about her butterbeans. Billie was active until earlier this year in her garden but even when she could no longer do the picking, she would still shell the produce so that she could cook a meal for her family. She also loved the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Yankees. Above all else, she put family and church first always.  Billie Ann was a loving and devoted wife, mother, Nana, sister and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Henry Edwin Stout; both parents; brothers, Jerry Meadlin and Larry Meadlin;  sisters, Geraldine Smith, Roberta Meadlin, and Patricia Horner.
