Billy Brown is survived by; his beloved wife of 57 years, Verna Brown; his daughters; Cindy Boughner, of Newton, Texas; Sandra Hancock, of Silsbee, Texas; five grandchildren; Billy Eddings, of Newton; Andy Hays, of Kirbyville; Gloria Wurtz, of Newton; many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; Brothers; Roy Brown, Lonnie Brown, Jr., Calvin Brown, Jimmy Brown; Sisters; Charlotte Craven, Bobbie Hale, Rita Cantrell. Billy Brown was a son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Serving as Pallbearers will be; Roy Brown, Calvin Brown, Lonnie Brown, Jesse Wurtz, Andy Hays, and Billy Eddings. Serving as Honorary Pallbearer; Larry Payne.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, located at Farmer Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 2, 2019, at 2:00 PM, located at Farmer Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Baker-Bell Cemetery, in Fred, TX.
