Brenda J. "BB" (Burleigh) Williams

Brenda J. “BB” Williams, 78, of Lumberton, died Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at her home. She was born on Friday, January 25, 1946, in Beaumont, to George Graham and Annie Mae (Ellis)Burleigh.

BB was a beautician and worked as a finance manager, helping numerous folks finance automobiles, recreational vehicles, and motorcycles. She enjoyed garage sales, dancing, and the beach, but her favorite pastime was playing with Chihuahua puppies. She will be remembered as a very caring and loving woman with a wonderful work ethic.

BB is survived by her husband of 26 years, Jerry Franklin, of Lumberton; sister, Betty Guidry, of Houston; best friend, Judy A. Bourgeois, of Brookeland; and her faithful fur baby, Kacee Lynn.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Nancy Langford.

Ms. Williams cremation arrangements are under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee.
