Carolyn (Hartman) Wilson

Carolyn Hartman Wilson, 78, of Silsbee passed away May 5, 2020.  She was a true disciple of Jesus Christ and spent her life in the service of others.  Carolyn loved the Lord and held many callings in the Silsbee Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  She also loved to cook and spending time with her family.  Carolyn graduated from Silsbee High School in 1960, married Eugene Wilson December 12, 1959 and became a loving homemaker for her husband and children.  She is preceded in death by her parents Bill and Goldie Hartman, her sister Barbara Dulaney and her brother Billy Hartman.  Carolyn is survived by her husband of 60 1/2 years Eugene Wilson;  son Mark Wilson and John Edwards; son Dr. Jody Wilson and Kelly and her 5 grandchildren.  A graveside service will be held 11am Saturday, May 9, 2020 at Resthaven Cemetery in Silsbee with Bishop Wade Miller and Bishop Bryan Bebee officiating.  Visitation will be an hour before the service at Resthaven Cemetery.  Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Clark, Matthew Dulaney, Mike Dulaney, Mark Goodwin, Shane Odom, David Saulsbury, Wesley Saulsbury,  and Jacob Wilson.
