Charlene Garsee

Charlene Garsee, 65, of Warren passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023. She was born on October 6, 1957 in Silsbee, Texas to the late Myrtis and John D. Watts.

She was happiest spending time with her grand babies and being outside with her roses, and pulling grass.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bill Watts; sisters, Betsy Spell, Ima Jean Anding, Agnes Watts; and a granddaughter, Madison Odom.

Charlene is survived by her loving husband and partner of 36 years, Telo Garsee; children, Chris Odom and wife Sember, Chanda Kirbow and husband Joe Sr.; sisters, Laverne Blanchard, Linda Sue Pate; brother, Bob Watts and wife Linda; grandchildren, Lexi Odom, Ty Odom, Riley Odom, lil’ Joe Kirbow, Darien Amadore, Jaycee Kirbow; great grandchildren, Briar and Jaxson Kirbow, Maverick Holmes, Kampton and Karson Hawthorne, Kambrie Eason; and numerous other family members and friends.
