Charles Caraway Obituary

Charles Ray Caraway, 90, of Warren passed away Monday November 24, 2025. He was born on Wednesday May 22, 1935 in Silsbee to the late Isaac and Olivia Mae Caraway.

Charles served in the U.S Army, stationed in Germany. In his younger years he spent his time camping and fishing, but he always loved playing games, especially solitaire and chicken foot. Charles’ favorite way to spend his time though, was with his grandchildren, they were the light of his life.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife Gertia Ann Caraway; his four sisters; and great grandson Kade Wauer.

Those left to cherish his memories include, his two sons, Mark Caraway and his wife Karen, and Chris Caraway and his wife Maria; grandchildren, Josh, Ethan, and Allie Caraway, Ryan Wauer, and Alan Biczak; great grandchildren, Trinity and Alana Biczak, Aiden and Waylon Wauer, Chrislyn, Memphis, Rowan, and Anna Beth, and Knox Caraway, Jason, Ellie Luce and Kutter Hutto, and JJ; and a host of other family members and friends.

The family would like to invite all friends and family to 465 CR 1815 Warren Tx 77664 for a luncheon at Mark and Karen’s home.
