Darrell Lee Fondren

Darrell Lee Fondren born September 21st, 1946 departed from this earth January 1st, 2021. He is proceeded in death but his Father George Fondren and Mother Virginia Fondren. He is survived by his wife Frankie Fondren of Silsbee. Daughters Debra Fondren of Beaumont, Debbie Gilchriest and husband James of Silsbee, and Rhonda Holcomb of Port Arthur. Grandchildren Anna Carter, Randy Riley and wife Allyson, Carrie Cheshire and husband Edward, Brittany Comeaux and husband Ricky, Brandon Mock, Corey Craft, Danielle Harris and husband Jake. And by his great grandchildren Landen, Madolyn, Taylor, Reid, Caydyn, Noah, Jayden Lyla and Lawson. Several sister in laws and brother in laws and many nieces and nephews.

Darrell loved nothing more than spending time with his family and great grandchildren. Some of his favorite things were to play golf, play bridge and watch sports (his favorite sports were whichever his great grandchildren played).

Darrell served his country in the United States Army from 1969 to 1972.
