Donna Elaine Holt, 68, of Silsbee, formerly of Porter, was welcomed into her heavenly home on Friday, July 25, 2025. She was born on October 3, 1956, in Port Arthur, Texas.
Donna retired as a Manager from C&C Market Research after twenty-five years where she was affectionately referred to as “The Queen”. She was a faithful member of the Pentecostal Lighthouse Church and was a former member of the Pentecostals of Atascocita where she was the Single’s Ministry Coordinator.
After the death of her youngest son, Jonathon, Donna went through a dark season in her life. However, God is faithful. Her joy was renewed with the birth of her grandchildren that she adored. She would gain her well-deserved title, Nonna Donna. She would also gain many more adopted grandchildren who would also lovingly refer to her as Nonna Donna. Her son-in-law would often refer to her as “Old Goat.” Which she interpreted differently than him.
Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Rogers and her husband, Justin, of Buna; son, James Holt of Beaumont; grandchildren, Julianna and Jaxon Rogers, both of Buna; step-mother, Mary Winfree of Porter; siblings, Vanessa Ezell and her husband, Clark, of Wichita, Kansas; Kim Orchosky and her husband, John, of Porter; Staci Vanveckhoven and her husband, Bobby, of Crosby; and Joshua Winfree and his wife, Karen, of Glennville, Georgia; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; a host of other relatives and friends; and her fur baby, Coco.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Harbor Hospice and their wonderful staff for their compassionate care for Donna.
