Elizabeth Jane Harrison Coe, 74, of Dayton, died Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Houston Methodist Hospital-The Woodlands. She was born on Thursday, January 31, 1952, in Wichita Falls, to Euel D. and Erma Lee (Cass) Harrison.
Elizabeth was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, sewing and crafts of all kinds. She will be remembered for her keen sense of creativity and intelligence.
Survivors include her sons; Matthew Edmonds and his wife, Jamie, Nicholas Edmonds and his wife, Hannah, Seth Edmonds, Brice Edmonds and his wife, Kristen, Christian Edmonds and his wife, Pamela, Shannon Bones and his wife, Amanda, and Zachary Edmonds; daughters, Cara Edmonds and Tina Hoelscher; as well as numerous grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren; also survived by her brother, Craig Harrison; and her nieces, Tiffany and Samantha.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, James Hunter Coe.
