Erica Owens Hernandez

Erica Owens Hernandez, 34, of Buna passed away peacefully at home, Thursday October 2, 2025. She was born on Monday November 26, 1990, in Beaumont.

Erica was a radiant person, full of life, love, and laughter. She was the wild child of the bunch, and she loved to show off her brightly colored style, hair included. She loved singing karaoke, gardening, and decorating for her favorite holiday, which is Halloween. She was a faithful member of New Faith Fellowship in Kountze. She will forever be a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend; she will be missed deeply by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Hazel Whitmire, Glenn Mobley, and Norma Owens.

Those left to cherish her memories include her loving husband, Miguel Hernandez; daughter Rosalie Jean Hernandez; parents, Cynthia, and William Manis; sister Ashley Jacks and her husband Justin Gilley; nieces Anna, Hazel, and Julia; and numerous other family members and friends.
