Eugene Crain

Eugene Crain, 69, of Silsbee passed away Sunday, March 19, 2023. He was born at home in Silsbee, Texas to the late Oscar Jackson Crain and Virginia Ruth Barton Crain.

Eugene had a passion for horses. He spent most of his life either riding or training them. Eugene also enjoyed other hobbies such as building things like birdhouses, arts and crafts, and painting. He was a loving brother who will be deeply missed by his friends and family.

He is preceded in death by both parents.

Eugene is survived by his siblings, Mavis Powell and fiancé Mike Lovell, Frank Jackson Crain, Larry Jerome Crain; son, Lucas Green; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.

Cremation services will be held under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home.
