Evelyn Inez (Reed) Perkins

Evelyn Inez Perkins, 88, of Silsbee passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021. She was born on June 1, 1933 in Whiterock, Texas to the late Charles Lucian Reed and Zona Belle Roberts Reed.

She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Martha Glover; and two sisters, Lula Presley Wood and Marie Thomas Abercrombie.

Evelyn is survived by her children, Creathy Herman and husband Robert of Conroe, Charles Bruce Glover and wife Eva of Willis; brother, Warren Reed of Amarillo; eight grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM Friday, September 10, 2021 at Farmer Funeral Home with burial to follow at RS Farmer Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 5-7PM.
