Frances M. Wilson, 77, of Silsbee, died Thursday, September 18, 2025 at her residence. She was born on Monday, March 1, 1948, to Thomas Hugh and Daisy Gene (Williams) Milam, in Memphis, Tennessee.
Frances was a homemaker for much of her life, and later went to work at Wackenhut Security, then Day & Zimmerman and later in accounts and receivables for Newark Paperboard Products while working at Southeast Texas Video. After retiring she worked at the Lumberton Library. She will be remembered for her love of reading, the love for her dogs, her husband, both of her daughters and most importantly the love for her 6 grandchildren. She was a dance mom supporting not only her daughters, but all the girls involved, making costumes and fixing hair. She will forever remain a loving wife, mother, and granny.
Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Dan Wilson; daughters, Stacey McGinty Culver and her husband, Jay Crete, and Kristi McGinty McBurney; grandchildren, Matthew Culver, and his wife, Arika, Luke and Rebecca Culver, Madison LeBlanc and her husband, Hunter, and Austin McBurney; sisters, Linda Howell, and Tina Mosier; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and father of her children, Kenneth Wendell McGinty; and granddaughter, Lillie Culver.

Mrs. Wilson’s cremation arrangements are under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home.
