Gerald Don Corley, 86, of Lumberton passed away Thursday May 2, 2024. He was born June 1, 1937 to the late William Adkin Corley and Foyce Weber Corley.
Gerald enjoyed spending his time coon hunting with his coon dogs, camping with his friends, watching sports especially the Dallas Cowboys. He worked as a Beaumont Police officer for ten years then started his career building homes. Gerald was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend; he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by both parents; son Mark Corley; granddaughter Brittney Morrison; sisters, Billie Skelton, Ives Porterfield, Glady Edmonds, Zel Marie Powdrill; brothers, Bobby Corley, and Sonny Corley.
Gerald is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Micki Corley; his son Craig Corley and wife Janie; his daughter Tammy; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and a host of family members and friends.
