Henry Joe Moss

Henry Joe Moss, 74, of Spurger, died Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Mill Creek Skilled Nursing in Silsbee. He was born on Friday, March 23, 1951, in Silsbee, to Arthur and Myrtle (Bohler) Moss.

Henry Joe was a boilermaker in the various refineries and Petroleum Industry for many years. He will be remembered for his love of hunting and fishing, and the outdoors.

Survivors include his daughter, Jodi Powell; son, Larry Joe Fountain; 6 grandchildren; and his sister-in-law, Brenda Robinson.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 52 years, Debra Jean Moss; daughter, Jolene; 2 brothers; and 3 sisters.

Mr. Moss’s cremation arrangements are under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home.
