Jack Young

Jack Young, 74, of Silsbee, died Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Silsbee Oaks Health Care. He was born in Hardin County on December 14, 1949, to Clarence Herman "CY" and Jessie Pearl (Cross) Young. Jack enjoyed being in nature, walking to town, music and watching TV.  He cherished his many friends and staff at Silsbee Oaks, all of whom he, and his family held a deep appreciation for.

Jack is survived by his sister, Audrey Young; nieces, Tena Luna, and her husband, Joel, Melinda Hall, and her husband, Monty, and Christina Young; nephews, Johnny Carrier, and Patrick Young, and his wife, Lori.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Gene Herman Young, Barbara Young Carrier Lackey, Robert "Pat" Young, James Henry "Brigham" Young, and Martha Young Ward.
