James Ricky Cunningham

James Ricky Cunningham, 59 of Silsbee, TX went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 10, 2020.

Ricky was born to Herbert Cunningham and Linda (Hartman) Griffin on April 23, 1960 in Kountze, TX.

Ricky graduated from Silsbee High School in 1978.  He served as Past Worshipful Master of Silsbee Masonic Lodge #927.

He was a devoted member and served as Deacon at North Hardin Baptist Church in Silsbee. Ricky was an electrician by trade and a member of the Electrical Union IBEW.

Ricky’s favorite hobbies were camping, fishing, traveling, and sprint car racing.  He enjoyed being with his family and friends, whom will enjoy their everlasting memories.

Ricky is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Alice Cunningham and sons: Marcus Cunningham and wife Sarah and Blake Cunningham and wife Tisha.  He is also survived by his grandchildren: Hunter, Austin, Ava, Augie, and Ana Beth, mother: Linda Griffin abd his grandmother: Doris Hartman.

Ricky is preceded in death by: his father, Herbert Cunningham, brother, Bryan Cunningham and grandparents: Albert and Myrtle Cunningham and Monroe Hartman.

Ricky will be truly missed by all who knew him.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt special ‘Thank you’ to Heart to Heart Hospice for their exceptional care during this difficult time.

A private graveside will be held at Fred Community Cemetery.  A public Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
