James "Jim" Ronald Pell

James “Jim” Ronald Pell, 70, of Silsbee passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021. He was born September 20, 1950 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late George Walter Pell and Marie Ewart Pell.

Jim married his wife Frankie in 1989 and they were together for 32 years. Between the two of them, they had six children, eleven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Jim loved Street Rods and attending car shows. He met many lifelong friends and made unforgettable memories while attending these shows across the country. Jim loved a good get together and one of his favorite things to do was invite over friends for beer and BBQ. He was the life of the party and always the center of attention. Jim was a loving husband to his wife, Dad to his children, and “Papa Jim” to his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by everyone.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Butch Pell; and one sister, Cindy Heinen.

Jim is survived by his loving wife, Frankie Arnold Pell; children, Angela McBride and husband David, Misty Sims and husband Heath, Brandy Shipp and husband Brian, Adam Pell, Donald Harvill and wife Amber, Theresa McNellie; grandchildren, Landon McBride, Jaden McBride, Justin Whitney and wife Samantha, Shane Whitney, Regan Ware and husband Jerry, Marlee Shipp, Mallory Pell, Aubrey Pell, Taylor Harvill, Skylar Harvill, Hope Hollis and husband Josh; great grandsons, Wyatt Schroeder and Grayson Hollis; sisters, Del Lucas, Suzanne Clubb and husband David; and several nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 6PM Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Farmer Funeral Home. Visitation will be three hours prior to the service from 3-6PM.

Cremation services will be held under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home.
