Jeff Moses, 63, of Lumberton, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026. He was born to Sammy Wayne Moses and Dolores “Dodie” Switzer.
A lover of Football, Jeff was perhaps Lumberton’s most passionate LSU fan, wearing his memorabilia with pride. When LSU wasn’t playing, he enjoyed bass fishing, playing the piano, and dominoes. His family occupied just as much of his heart as the LSU tigers, and he spent most of his time making memories with each of them. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his infant sons, Justin and Cory Moses, and father Sammy Wayne Moses.
He is survived by his wife, Cari Moses; daughters, Leah Moses Myers and her husband, Bryan Myers, and Kimberly Richardson; grandchildren, Barrett Myers, Dakota Freeman, and Bradley McWilliams; and several bonus grandchildren; mother, Dolores “Dodie” Switzer Moses; and a host of other family and friends.
