Joseph (Joe) Wayne Alexander

Joseph (Joe) Wayne Alexander, 73, of Silsbee passed away Saturday December 14, 2024. He was born July 7, 1951, in Silsbee to the late Benjamin Geary Alexander and Alma Irene Lilley Alexander.

Joe was an active member of Wiley Mae Baptist church. He loved spending his time hunting, fishing, mowing his lawn, tending to his garden, being at his house boat, and visiting with his friends. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by both parents, grandson Cory Alexander, brother Danny Alexander, and sister Marsha May.

Joe is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Jan Alexander; sons, Geary Alexander and wife Julie, Brandon Alexander; grandchildren, Carley Alexander, Deven Murphy and wife Sierra, Heather Green and husband Colton; great grandchildren, Presleigh Boleware, Gatlen Murphy, Griffin Murphy, Reese Green; sisters, Lois Malley and husband Joe, Betty Doguet; brothers, Buster Alexander, Gerry Alexander and wife Tiffany; and a host of other family members and friends.
