June led a full and active life making the most of each and every day. After a 37 year career with Southwestern Bell she enjoyed traveling, volunteering at the Christian Care Center, and spending time with a vast number of good friends and family, especially her grandkids and great grandkids. The hobby that brought her immense joy was her flower garden. She spent her time nurturing and cultivating her yard in the same way she nurtured and loved her family, friends, and anyone around her. Just like her flowers, she had an incredible gift of turning the simplest things into something beautiful.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Silsbee Christian Care Center and the Silsbee Garden Club would be greatly appreciated.
