Obituary
Justin Dale Alford, 78, of Saratoga passed away Friday, January 20, 2023. He was born on June 14, 1944 in Eastland, Texas to the late W.B. “Dub” and Mona Alford.
Justin had many hobbies including fishing, bow hunting, and baseball. He was a barber in Dayton and Hull for several years. He also served on the Dayton Volunteer Fire Department as well as the Liberty Underwater Rescue Team. He retired from Mobil Oil after working there for 25 years. Justin was a loving husband, Father, Pa, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Justin is survived by his children, Lisa and Troy Alford; loving wife of 30 years, Rita Alford; daughter, Kendra Jones and husband Toby; grandchildren, Karina, Kodey, and Kolby; great granddaughter, Kylie; and numerous other family members and friends.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Justin's life will be held at 1PM on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Batson. The church will open at 11 for friends and family to bring food or flowers.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to West Hardin Youth Sports.
