Lavell Jenkins (West) McInnis

Lavell Jenkins McInnis, 84, of Fred passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021 at her residence. She was born on April 10,1937 in Fred to the late Jack West and Cora Jeffcoat West.

Lavell worked in food service at Silsbee ISD for 24 years.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and father of her children, Floyd Jenkins and several siblings.

Mrs. McInnis is survived by her husband of 9 years, Aubrey McInnis; children Norman Jenkins & wife Syble, Myrtle Riley & husband David, Jeanette Leviness & husband Jimmy and Doug Jenkins & wife Candy. Lavell is also survived by step-children Aubrey McInnis Jr & wife Linda, Roy McInnis & wife Regina, Roland McInnis & wife Darla, Norman McInnis & wife Donna, Felicia Payne, Becky LeBlanc & husband David and Eric McInnis & wife Leah.  She also leaves behind several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren along with many extended family members & friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Fred Community Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 11 AM until time of the service.
