Mandy Lynn (Sangwin) Parker

Mandy Lynn Parker, 49, of Warren passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021. She was born September 3, 1971 in Kountze, Texas to the late Welton Gene Sangwin Sr. and Betty Carrell Sangwin.

Mandy was a resident of Warren for over 30 years. She was a loving person with a heart of gold who put all others before herself. She was a hardworking woman that loved spending time with her family. Mandy married her husband Neil Parker August 6, 1989 and together they had three children. She was a loving wife, mother, and Granny, and she will be deeply missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers Welton Gene Sangwin Jr. and Michael Bryan Sangwin; and a nephew, James Sangwin Jr.

Mandy is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Neil Parker; her children, Lori Edwards and husband Dalton, Brandon Parker and wife Audrey; and Allen Parker; brother, James Sangwin Sr. and wife Becky; sister, Diane Noble; eleven grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10AM Sunday, January 16, 2021 at Farmer Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Saturday evening from 4-6PM.
