Mary Kathleen Storm (84) of Evadale passed away on February 11, 2021 in Beaumont, Texas. Mary was born May 9, 1936 to her parents, Samuel Messer and Mabel Lewis-Messer in Kountze, Texas.
Mary will be remembered for her love and devotion to all that knew her. She kept a warm and loving home where anyone was always welcome. Mary enjoyed traveling and knew the importance of making special memories with her family. They would often play many games together such as dominoes, cards, and marbles to name a few. She liked the outdoors and time spent hunting and fishing. In her younger years, Mary enjoyed dancing with her husband, she found peace gardening, reading, sewing, and crocheting things for her family members. She was an avid bowler and loved to compete. Though the family is saddened by their loss, they find comfort in knowing she is at peace.
Mary is survived by her husband, Henry Storm; her son, Henry “Skipper” Storm and wife, Linda; her daughter, Kathy Hazelwood; her daughter, Pamela Nichols and husband, Larry; her daughter, Judy Schulz and husband, Rodney; her furbaby, Bonnie; her granddaughter, Keisha Storm; her grandson, Henry “Bubba” Storm; her granddaughter, Krystal “Krissy” Johnson and husband, JJ; her grandson, Lonnie Crenshaw JR. and fiancé, Taylor; her granddaughter, Peggy Brigman and husband, Eric, her grandson, Clarence “CT” Nichols and wife, Stephanie; her grandson Kotie Crenshaw; her grandson, Ty Hazelwood and wife, Mariah; her grandson, Henry “Mikey” Nichols; her granddaughter, Holly Nichols and fiancé, Trip; her step-granddaughter, Ragina Schulz; her step-granddaughter, Ronda Sanchez and husband, Michael; her step-granddaughter, Rana Schulz and fiancé, Bryan; her step-grandson, Jesse Farmer and wife, Kelly; her step granddaughter, Brenda Griffen; her numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Barbara Jenkins and husband, Butch; along with many nieces and nephews; other loving family members and friends.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Mabel Messer; her brothers, Charles and Clarence Messer; and her sister, Frances Jenkins.
A visitation will be held from 5pm-8pm on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Farmer Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 1pm on Saturday 13, 2021 at Old Hardin Cemetery in Kountze.
