Maudie Marie (Hare) Lee

Maudie Marie Lee of Jasper, Texas, passed away on March 31, 2022. She was born in Silsbee, Texas on July 19, 1935 to parents Jasper Clyde Hare and Lola Mae Smart Hare.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands George Eddings, Olin Montgomery and J.W. Lee, daughter Gail Eddings, son Jerry Eddings, granddaughter Tabitha (Tabby) Nichols and brothers J.C. Hare and Andrew Hare. Survivors include children Kay and husband L.B. Paine  and Glen and Peggy Eddings, grandchildren Barbara Marie McCune and husband Ennis, Brian Paine, Rocky Eddings and wife Nancy, Douglas Eddings and wife Sarah, Ben Eddings and wife Krislyn, Jerry Harless, Niki Eddings and Christi Morrison and 18 great grandchildren. Maudie is also survived by her sisters Grace Johnston and Alice Alford, and brother Robert Hare and wife Bettie. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 4, 2022  from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at Farmer Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at Farmer Funeral Home on  Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Tanton family cemetery.
