Nelda Jean (Collier) Dugas

Nelda Jean Dugas, 81, of Silsbee passed away Monday, May 16, 2022. She was born in Silsbee on November 25, 1940 to the late Henry Collier and Lydia Bumstead Collier.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Evelyn, Lenora, and Hazel; brothers, Bo, Jerry, and Bruce.

Nelda is survived by her children, Phen Dennis and wife Janie, Belenia Gayle Castleberry and husband Mike, Katrina Cook and Tommie Beard, and Jody Cook; sisters, Liz McGallion, Melva McLean and husband Henry; brother, Henry Edward Collier; grandchildren, Melinda, Miranda, Curtis, Lee, Rachael, Whitney, Ariel, Brad, Brady, Brooke, Preston, Acie; fifteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5-8PM Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Farmer Funeral Home.

Cremation services will be held under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home.
