Ora Lee (Walters) Langston

Ora Lee Langston, 94, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Whispering Oaks Nursing Facility in Cuero, Texas. She was born May 30, 1926 in Laurel, Mississippi to the late Lee Roy and Susie (Griffin) Walters.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her late husbands, Cecil E. Hodge and Johnnie Leo Langston; siblings, Eva Stewart, Buddy Walters, Margaret Blackmon, Charlie Walters; and sons, Tommy and Michael Langston.

Ora Lee is survived by her children, Allen Hodge and wife Jeana, Donna Moody and husband Danny, Larry Langston and wife Sharon; daughter in law, Sheryl Langston; siblings, Elizabeth Harrison, Linda Sue McCraw and husband Randle, Joyce Myrick and husband Douglas, Jackie Waller and husband Billy Joe; sixteen grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 3PM Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Old Hardin Cemetery in Kountze. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 2-3PM.

Serving as pallbearers will be James Klein, Jeffery Klein, Brian Seymore, Mike Hodge, Tommy Smith, and Don Mitchell.
