Paula Annette Williams-Kiner, 69, passed away Monday, April 3, 2023. She was born on December 17, 1953 in Clarksburg, West Virginia to the late Clarence Albert Williams and Hattie “Toots” Corine Osenbaugh.
Paula was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Silsbee and was employed with Silsbee Ford for several years. She enjoyed many hobbies such as bird watching, walking through the mountains in her beloved home state, West Virginia, and having “MawMaw Days” with her grandkids. Paula was a loving mother, MawMaw, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence A. “Jack” Williams and Hattie “Toots” C. Osenbaugh; sister, Karen Williams Smith; and niece, Ashley S. Kelly.
Paula is survived by her children, Rebecca Kiner-Dottellis and husband Richard, David Reeder and wife Shannon; grandchildren, Gavin Dottellis and fiancée Samantha, Gracelyn Dottellis, Gandin “Luke” Dottellis, Chase Reeder, Cameron Reeder, Maiya Reeder, Mora Reeder; sisters, Cathy Augustine, Sandra Williams; nieces, Amber Kelly and husband Steven Dyer, Lucy Dyer, Siara Kelly and husband Zachary Bradley, Adilee Bradley, Emilee Bradley, Jackie Williams-Securo, Aliyah Securo; nephews, Logan Securo, Dru Securo; and numerous other family members and friends.
Paula’s wishes were to be cremated and returned to her beloved home in West Virginia.
Cremation services will be held under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home.
