Perry Allen Smith IV

Perry Allen Smith IV, 49, of Buna, died Saturday, June 1, 2024, in Buna. He was born on Wednesday, November 6, 1974 in Blackwell, Oklahoma.

Perry was a welder in the oil industry for most of his working career. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping, but family was what was most important to him. Perry was a member of Faith Outreach Church of God, in Buna. He will forever remain a loving husband, father, son, and friend.

Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Heather Smith; sons, Perry V, Gabriel, and Michael Smith; parents, Euvon and Carl “Butch” Simmons; brother, Walter Simmons, and his wife, Kimberly; sister, Tonia Stinson, and her husband, James; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends.

A gathering of Perry’s family and friends will begin at 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at Farmer Funeral Home 415 N. 4th Street Silsbee, TX 77656. His funeral service will be Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 10:00 AM, also at Farmer Funeral Home. His interment will follow immediately at Antioch Cemetery, in Buna.
