He is preceded in death by his father, Oscar Kelton "Doc" Eason; his mother, Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Day Eason; his brothers, Walter Elmo Eason and Vernon Eason; his sisters, Mary Vivian Eason Barrett, Sugar Bowl Eason, Mildred Eason Tanton, and Ada Mae Eason Mobley.

Ralph is survived by his son, Ralph Eason Jr.; his daughter, Paula Sue Clement and husband, Ben; his grandchildren, Kaylee Elaine Walker, Jonathon Michael Clement, Brandon Paul Clement, Emma Ann Eason, and Ava Sue Eason; his brother, Oscar LaVoy Eason and wife, Debbie; his sister, Sandra Lynn Bean and husband, Lucky; his numerous nieces and nephews; along with other loving family members and dear friends.
