Robert Earl Blackburn

Robert Earl Blackburn, born September 11, 1954, passed away October 27, 2024 in Houston, Texas. 

He served our country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War and was a retired electrician from Local #479. 

Robert is preceded in death by his wife Pamela Blackburn and his grandson James Carter Jr.

He is survived by his son Joseph Blackburn and wife Candice, son Joshua Blackburn, daughter, Cheryl Gipson, his significant other Mary Ellen Hawkins; his grandchildren, Cassie, Yvonne, Junior, Bailey and Zebb Wise; his siblings, Carolyn Carlton, Phillip and William Blackburn.
