Russell Craig Gore

Russell Craig Gore was born December 31, 1956 in Silsbee, and passed away June 26, 2024 at Christus St. Elizabeth in Beaumont. 

Russell was a life long resident of Silsbee and retired from West Rock. Russell loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed, hunting, fishing, gardening, and riding around in the woods.

He Married the love of his life, Kathy Jenkins Gore in 1976. Recently celebrating their 48th wedding anniversary. Together they had three sons, Craig Gore of Fort Worth, Daniel Gore of Fred, and Christopher Gore of Silsbee. 

He is preceded in death by both parents, Marvis and Jeannette Gore; and grandparents, Presley and Cordia Gore. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy; his three sons; sister, JoAnn Barnard of Cypress; nieces Christine Hargrave and husband Randy of Beaumont, Stephanie Gray and husband Phillip of Spurger; great niece, Bethany Hargrave of Beaumont; brother Wayne Drake of Silsbee; and a host of other family members and friends. 

Russell will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. 

Services and Visitation will be held Sunday June 30 at Wiley Mae Pentecostal Church.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.  Service will be at 3:00 pm.  Burial will follow at Tanton Cemetery on Gore Store Road.
