Sandy Parr

Sandy Lynn Morris Parr, 53, of Silsbee passed away June 13, 2020 at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. Sandy was born in Dallas July 30, 1966 to James O and Nora Dell Soloman Morris. 

Sandy graduated from Silsbee High School in 1984 and completed a Medical Assistant course.  She married Clint Parr January 17, 1987.  Sandy was a stay at home mother most of her life and her biggest joy in life was watching her grandchildren grow.  She loved sharing her morning coffee and a cigarette with Cliff, shopping with Colleen and late-night talks with Cheyenne.

Preceding her in death is her father James O. Morris, aunt Marilyn Wells and mother and father-in-law Joyce and James Arledge.

Surviving Sandy is husband Clint Parr; mother Nora Dell Soloman Morris; daughters Cheyenne Parr and Colleen Parr; sister Wendy Sjogren; brother Jim Morris; grandchildren Evelyn Farmer, Braxton Farmer, Kylan Anderson and Kinleigh Blackshere.  She is also survived by sister-in-law Beth Morris; brothers-in-law Matt Parr and Wade Parr; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Pam and Dale Langley; nieces Hillary Gardiner, Leanda Smith and Whitney Hanks; nephew Michael Morris and very best friend Joanna Williamson.

Sandy was open-hearted and loved unconditionally.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Memorial Service will be held 3pm Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Farmer Funeral Home.  Visitation will be one hour before the service.
