Sharon Elaine Glover, 71, of Lumberton passed away Sunday February 16, 2020. She was born February 20, 1948 in San Antonio, Texas to the late John Peters and Glenna Mae Wooten Peters.
Sharon was a 1966 graduate of Stephen F. Austin High School in Port Acres Texas. She enjoyed crafting such as painting and making ceramics and porcelain dolls. She also loved to go antiquing. Her husband said over the years he had to get several storage sheds for all of her finds. She was a devoted Air Force wife for many years and loved to travel. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.
Sharon is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Wade Glover of Lumberton; her sons, Ben Glover and wife Brenda of Vinemont Alabama, Bryan Glover and wife Kerra of Kingwood; brother, John Peters and wife Katherine of Victoria; grandchildren, Jordan Pullum and husband Elijah, Kennedi Glover, Austin Glover, Nicholas Glover, Nathan Glover; great granddaughter, LilliAnna Pullum; and numerous other family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and a sister Ruth Ann Crafton.
Funeral services will be held Thursday February 20, 2020 at 3PM in the Farmer Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends and relatives two hours prior to the service for a visitation from 1-3PM. Burial will follow the service at R.S Farmer Memorial Cemetery in Silsbee.
Services are held under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home.
