Sherria Young

Sherria Young, 86, of Silsbee, passed away on May 31, 2026. A memorial service to honor Sherria’s life will be scheduled at a later date. Services are under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home. 

Sherria was born on January 25, 1940, in Kountze to Van A. and Selma Jordan. She worked for over 40 years at Hooks Title as a Title Examiner. She valued her work and the people she worked with. She enjoyed spending time outdoors and loved doingpuzzles in her spare time.  

Survivors include her children; son Jordan Young and wife Thelma of Bevil Oaks; daughter Traci McInnis and husband Gary of Silsbee; grandson Madden Young (her heart and soul); granddaughter Katie Young; nephews Jody Huff and Toby Huff and their families.

We would like to thank the Stonewood Hospice staff & her caregivers, Brenda Kay, LaDonna, Billie (BJ), Shirley & Nee for the love & support they continued to give her.
