Shirley Ann Gore

Shirley Ann Gore, 77, of Silsbee passed away Monday March 25, 2024. She was born October 21, 1946 in Kountze to the late Ray Traxler and Rosemary.

Shirley was a long-time member of North Hardin Baptist Church. Mrs. Shirley was well known in the Silsbee community for running Shirleys Sno Cones for 34 seasons. She was an amazing cook, and never met a stranger anywhere she went. Shirley was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her along with everyone in the Silsbee community.  

She is preceded by her loving husband of 60 years, Frank Gore; both parents; and daughter Lisa Hicks.

Shirley is survived by her grandchildren, Megan Ester and husband Wade of Silsbee, Blaze Hicks of Silsbee, and Haley Hick of Silsbee; one great granddaughter, Emily Ester; stepson, Cheyenne Gore and wife Sue of Silsbee; and a host of other family members and friends.
