She is survived by her sons, Ben Neely, Joel Neely and wife Michelle, Rodney Neely and wife Kimberly, daughter, Tammy Carter and husband Logan; Grandchildren, Kristopher and Chelsea Neely and Noah Carter; sister, Bennie Miller. A private family service will be held.
