Tom Roy Read

Tom Roy Read, 82, of Silsbee passed away Thursday, December 7, 2023. He was born in Silsbee on June 10, 1941 to the late George Henry Read Sr. and Sally Griffin Read. 

Tom was a very talented artist. He enjoyed drawing, coloring, and painting and was very talented. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Lawrence Read, Rev. Wayne Read, George H. Read Jr.; sisters, Violet Mooris, Mary E. Haynes, Dona Faye Blanton. 

Tom is survived by his loving wife of many wonderful years, Jane Read; sister Mildred Graff; multiple nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends. 

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
