Vada Francis (Busby) Fitzgerald

Vada Busby Fitzgerald, passed away on January 5, 2022, after a lengthy illness at the age of 84. She was a wife, mother, homemaker and in the mid 1970’s to the early 1980’s her and her husband pulled tankers and enjoyed meeting new people from across the country. She had plenty of interesting stories to tell. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

 She is preceded in death by her parents J.C. and Lavelle Busby, husband William David “WD” Fitzgerald and daughter Sherri Fitzgerald, brother Kenneth Busby and sister Evelyn Roberts.

She is survived by son Mike Fitzgerald of Mauriceville, Texas, sisters, Kay Caraway of Bourne, Texas and Vicki Byron of Buna, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at a later date.
