Virginia Sue Gray

Virginia Sue Gray, 76, of Silsbee, passed away on April 2, 2026. Virginia was born on May 25, 1949, in Woodville, Texas, to Lon and Mildred Smith.

 Virginia Retired from 19 years of teaching at All Faiths Day School in Silsbee, TX.  She was a dedicated member of Freedom Fellowship Church, where she also led a Ladies Ministry. She loved the Lord and cherished time spent with her Church Family. Virginia married her husband, John Gray, on May 10, 1968.  They made their home in Silsbee, TX where they raised a family of three children. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending her time with them.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Gray; son, Clint Gray; and grandson, Colt Kirkendall. Survivors include her son Gregg Gray, and his wife Michele; her daughter, Audra Kirkendall and her husband Roger; her eleven grandchildren; and her ten great-grandchildren.
