Vivica David, 68, of Kirbyville, died Monday, July 22, 2024, at Mill Creek Rehabilitation Center in Silsbee. She was born on Wednesday October 5, 1955 to Billy Leon and Shirley Ann (Harding) Brown.
Mrs. David was a homemaker who enjoyed playing the piano and singing. Her greatest love was Jesus and her family. She was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church, in Silsbee and Genesis Baptist Church in Buna. She will forever remain a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Harry David; daughters, Rebekah Wiley, and her husband, Jason; Elizabeth Yarter, and her husband, Shawn; son, Jacob David, and his wife, Malissa; 19 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Henry Brown, and his wife, Debra; and sister; Dena Whitmire, and her husband, Richard.
A gathering of Mrs. David’s family and friends will begin at 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2024 at farmer Funeral Home 415 N. 4th Street Silsbee, TX 77656. Her funeral service will be at 11a.m. Friday, July 26, 2024, also at Farmer Funeral Home. Her interment will immediately follow Knupple Cemetery in Silsbee.
